Resale commissions

What is the rate that resale brokers charge the seller to sell a contract? Is this rate the same with most/all resale brokers? What other fees do sellers have to pay?

Resale commission runs anywhere from 8-10% and the seller usually doesn't have any other charges unless it's specific to the contract...but in most cases it's the buyer that pays the closing costs/etc.
