resale closing costs

What is generally covered under the resale closing costs, and are closing costs negotiable? Is there an average? Thanks.

Closing costs will vary per the size of the contract, but will run at least $300 - to around $700. They include all the title seach fees, recording fees, etc. The only way they are negotiable, per say, is if you have the seller pay them or split the costs with the seller. However, that would be done at the time you make the offer on a contract.
