I'm familiar with the Timeshare Store as a DVC resale broker. Does anyone have recommendations for other brokers? Are there any brokers you know of with a bad reputation or ones to avoid?

We've just used TTS and DVCResales. No problems with either. I don't think we will risk it trying out yet another resale broker.

If you are looking to sell I would avoid any company that charges you an upfront fee. When selling a property you should simply pay a commission at the time of closing.

Has anyone here ever used "A Timeshare Broker, Inc." when purchasing DVC Resales?

I am almost certain that DISer bookwormde used A Timeshare Broker for his OKW purchase at $45.

PM him if you want more details about them.

We just used the Time Share Store. Easyiest purchase of something with that kind of price tag ever. I would highly recommend them.

In the last month I sold 3 BCV contracts (100 pts, 100pts, and 200 pts) with Jason's help at The Timeshare Store. They make it so easy for you.

Thanks, Jason, and the rest of the fine folks at The Timeshare Store, for a job well done!

We just used The Timeshare Store to add on! We can't say enough good things about them. :thumbsup2

I've got great deal with Fidelity ( was a deal even with the $200 fees), I've bought 6 contracts with Rachel, she's wonderfull.

I've sold one contract with TTS within 24hours, I'm impress

Now I know I'm not helping you with your choice :upsidedow

I've watched all the resale sites and I think they all have their merit. Go with the one YOU feel is best.

We've just finished our purchase of a small 100 point BWV contract from TSS and we are absolutely impressed with their system. :thumbsup2

I called the minute I saw it listed on a Friday evening and asked for Jerry..... I've been working with him for a while but he wasn't there at the time. I spoke with Jamie and asked all kinds of questions and she was fantastic. I made the offer and the paperwork was sent to me the next morning. They were signed and returned the next Monday.

I received an email from Nancy at Magic Vacation Title Company that afternoon and she has been very attentive to every aspect of the sale and closing process.

From start to finish, TSS has been GREAT ! They come "mouseaider" approved ! :thumbsup2:thumbsup2

How long after sell did it take to receive your money? Thinking of selling a contract.

We used DVCbyResale.com and have no complaints.

Ditto! We just closed on our first resale and Shontell was wonderful. :thumbsup2

When we purchase our next contract, it will be either through The Timeshare Store or DVCbyResale. Even though I have never purchased with The Timeshare Store I have spoken with both Jamie and Scot and found them to be very professional and informative. Good Luck!

You may want to check the BBB for any firm your are interested in using.

I checked BBB for the realty company and it was fine but the place I am sending the deposit isn't accredited. Should I be concerned. I boooked with ****'s company. I believe many people on here have used him before so I figured it was fine. I plan on sending the check today so I want to be sure.

I also used a Timeshare Store for a disney resale and they were very helpful and the process was easy.

Jaki and **** at *************** are incredible
