Resale at OKW-please input

We have been looking for a resale at OKW for several months and finally made an offer of $68 per point and it has no extra pts but all 150. We also own 1150 at BWV. Now we have to get through Dis. What do you all think of our chances that they won't buy it back? Thanks for a response.

I don't know what the buy back price is right now. I suspect it depends on the wait lists they have and their underlying price support strategy. I recall other posters saying they got by and some said Disney bought at or around that price. Your agent should have a good handle on this.

I'd say your chances are fair to good depending on the use year and who's paying the closing. Definitely worth a try.

What Dean said. I assume "no extra points" means you have this year's 150 and nothing banked from last year. That is good, too, because I think DVC puts value on having extra banked points to use and they want to make sure you are paying a "fair" price for them in their eyes.
