When I was in the market for a resale contract, I had a shortcut to the DVC Search Engine on my phone's home screen. I would check it every few hours or so. Ended up finding what I wanted as soon as it was posted and now I closed just over 2 weeks ago. Not all resellers are on there (Fidelity is not), but hey, it saved me time.

Keep in mind that does not have all the resale groups on their. There is a sticky on top of this page with some links to common resale sites.
