Resale agents ?

Wondering if anyone has any feedback regarding which agent/company you think could sell for us fastest. Unfortunately, our family has been hit by a job loss and we need to liquidate the luxuries. Any feedback would be so appreciated since I'll probably list early next week.

We have used Jaki at www.atimeshare.com for a couple of resale transactions and found her to be super effiecent and kept us very well informed.

I dont know all the dtails.... but maybe you could just rent out points until you can ride this out..... (((((((hugs)))))

Sorry to hear about your situation. Laurabearz has a point, consider the renting option.

We used Pat Spell at The Timeshare Store. We would use her again. They are also a DIS sponsor so there is a link to them at the top of this forum.

I strongly recomend Pat Spell at the TimeShare Store. She was the agent we went through for the purchase of our points. She is a former guide with DVC and very knowledgeable of how everything works.

My thoughts, prayers and pixie dust for you during your family's hard times. We are currently working with Jaki at A Timeshare Broker from the buyer side. Within three weeks we've made an offer to the sellar, been through ROFR and signed our final contracts.

A lot will depend on the market and how long it takes Disney to make a decision on ROFR.
