Res. Luau with DDP

Hello all,

I am trying to make reservations for the Luau show at the PR in March. The DDP say it is worth two TS credits. My problem is that the online reservation is asking me to pay upfront. Anyone know how to make the reservation using the DDP?

Call MS or the main dining line (407-WDW-DINE).

If you linked your package reservation to your dining requests and it is still asking for anything other than a credit card for a guarantee, you will have to call 407 wdw dine. The dining reservation system does this sometimes.

Sometimes with the 2 TS restaurants, they ask for a credit card guarantee, but do not actually charge your credit card if you are on the DDP. We ran into that when we booked the Fantasmic dinner package, our Yachtsman meal on NYE, and something else (maybe Hoop de Doo?). Since we were on the DDP, our card hasn't been charged, but I suppose if we miss the reservation, it would be ? Call Disney Dining if you are concerned. Good luck!

I recall reading that with the changes made recently to the system (regarding DDP having to be prepaid, etc), that on order to be able to make a DDP ADR for those "signature" locations (2 credits or dinner shows) you will have to have the DDP in place already prior to attempting to make the ADR. Without the DDP you pay via cc at the time of reservation. So if you don't yet have that component added to your reservation, you'd need to do that. But best to call MS or the Dining line as the PP's have suggested.

I cannot reserve it with a card, it wants to charge it.

Our trip is in March and I was making reservations already, the Luau was the only one that gave me trouble.

The DDP has not been prepaid yet, trying to space everything out.
