Hoping someone can answer this for me, I've done quite a bit of research on rail travel for our days in Paris and I think that Rob and I are best off with the Mobilis 1-5 zone tickets, but that the boys 18 and 14 could use the Ticket Jeunes, for young people under 26 valid on Saturdays and Sundays, I'm assuming any nationality can use them.

Just 1 thing I don't understand in the small print it says:
"Even if you have written the date of use, please note that you still have to validate your ticket before each journey"

but no explanation how or where you validate :confused3

Yep any nationality can use the ticket jeunes just carry photo id with you in case you meet controllers on the trains.

You have to write the date (on the pass) that you are using it but you validate (like any ticket) by going through the turnstiles in the station that go down to the platform :goodvibes

It's like the London Underground, you put your ticket in and the barrier opens.

This 'validates' the ticket.
