Requests on waitlist?

Today the 7 month window opened for me and I was able to change my reservation from 2 bedroom Lake View at BLT to 2 bedroom at Villas at Wilderness Lodge.

My first choice would have been the Treehouse Villas, but not all days were available, so I had them put it on the waitlist.

Now, can I already make a location request for the waitlisted resort or only once my booking has been changed if the waitlist became available? I would like to request water view, as I always enjoyed seeing the treehouses when we drove by on the boat from Dixie Landings (back in those days...)

Since waitlisting initiates a new reservation, I'm not sure that any requests would be carried forward from the "notes" that a CM might have from you. In any case, I'd certainly contact MS after your waitlist comes through to double check. It can't hurt, right? Good luck on the waitlist.
