Requests for clean blankets and comforters?

Back during all of the hurricanes, there were several thread about animals in some of the rooms. (yes, it got hot and heavy, so lets not go down that road again). However, one thread mentioned a guest with asthma who call "someone" and requested ahead of time that her room be throughly changed out. I'm trying to find that thread or at least find out who to call. My DD asthma dr has recommende that we have this done as even someone spraying a bit of perfume over the bed-- or sleep with some on-- could set off her asthma. I know I can't control everything that is in the room previous to our use, but I would like to eliminate as much as I can by having all old linens, blankets comfoters, and pillows changed out. Thanks.

Just call housekeeping when you get there and they will take care of it.

Last trip I was staying at ASMu and accidently spilt something on the bedspread. I called housekeeping and within 6 minutes they were there, stripped the bed down to the mattress and made up the bed again. They did not touch the pillows. I was very impresssed.

I have the same kind of allergic reactions, perfume will close down my sinuses instantly and if it is strong enough then I have to go for inhaler.

When I called for ressie this time I told the cast member at central reservations about my allergy's and they put down for what she called a VIP cleaning do to medical reasons. Make sure that you have everything lined up when you do this because every call after this has to go thru a special department, even paying my deposit I had to wait for them to get ahold of special services to process it.
