Requests aknowledged more quickly

The other day I Emailed my room requests to MS for my upcoming trip. As expected, I got an acknowledgement of the Email a few minutes latheter. But what I didn't expect happened about 3-4 hours later. I got the Email confirming that my requtry ests had been added and that "Although the front desk will try to fulfill your requests...." It used to be that 3-4 days would be faster than expected, let alone 3-4 hours. Have other people experienced the faster acknowledgment on requests added?

I always place my requests through the Chat feature on the website, or else call. I guess I need that "instant gratification."
