requesting rooms from the uk?

Hi all, Can anybody tell me how I would go about requesting a room/building for CBR from the uk??
Tried to request at travel agents when I went to POR and it didnt work.
I have a heart condition so I would like to be within a reasonable walk from the food court etc.

Do you mean you requested something via travel agent last trip and did not get the request met? That's just because it's not guaranteed. It wouldn't have mattered if Disney did it, or the TA on the last trip.

If you booked through a TA again this trip it will have to go through them again. Disney won't be able to put it on for you. The best way to guarantee a short walk is to book a preferred room over there. You'll get the closest buildings they have to the main amenities.
