On the DVC member website, there is an option for requesting a reservation online. Is this the same as calling Member Services direct? What are the pros and cons of doing it this way as opposed to phoning?
To me, this is a huge waste of time because sometimes they don't get back to you for a day, or 2 days. You're better off just calling. I sent one in, not realizing it would take so long, and ended up calling before they even responded.
Thanks for the info! I'm calling first thing Friday morning anyway to secure a 2 bedroom at AKL (my home resort) for next August...and I also wanted to check on any availabilty for AKL in mid-march.
