requesting EXACT room numbers and continuing ressies

Have you ever requested and received the exact room number you asked for?

We're staying at ASMovies 5 June-11 June and would like specific rooms (based on looking at the resort layout).

What are our chances?

And, have you ever had to change rooms mid-vacation because you were on two separate reservations? We're at a discount rate the 1st night, then the Visa kids free pkg the other 5 nights. What are our chances of having to change rooms?

I'm not sure about reserving exact room numbers, not sure that you can. You can put it in as a request. As far as the continuning ressie. We just booked the WL in 2 ressies. 3 days at AAA rate then the DV 7/4 deal. The CM said they try to everything possible to keep us in the same room but we would have to check in and out on paper. However, this is not guaranteed but from what I have read, most times it seems to work out that way

I think you are setting yourself up for disappointment, especially so if you want/need more than one room. If the rooms aren't availabe, how will the room assigner know where to put you? He/She will not know why you asked for the specific rooms - was it the location, the building, the view, the need to be close together, etc. IMHO, you would be better off with more general requests that give the room assigners more information.

ASM is a popular resort and June is also popular. The resort willprobably be at or near capacity. Ask yourself - what are the chances that the rooms will be vacant on the day we check in? That's your answer.
