Requesting Days Off Before Arrival

I have heard through the grapevine that there is someone that I can email about requesting a day off before I arrive to see if it gets accepted. Does anyone have that email? I want to take off a day because my sister will be down for the high school National Cheerleading Competition and my mom will have only one day in the park. I would love to surprise her and take off and spend the day with her. Thank you guys!

I believe the casting email would be the first place to start, which I think you can find on the CP website. Other than that, just make sure the first day you're given access to the hub, request that day off immediately then talk with your leaders during training about it because they sometimes can pull some strings for you.
