Requesting Cabins Together

Hi Folks,

I need advice on requesting a group of cabins together. We, family members and friends, have six cabins for 7 nights in August. We are all traveling from MA for my son's wedding. One of those cabins is a handicap unit. We would like to have our cabins in the same loop. Does anyone have experience with such a request? What is the best way to approach FW and what number would I call? Would it be reservations or FW main #? The cabins are reserved in three different names. We are all guests of the same WDW Wedding. Help..Please!

Call CRO with all the reservation names and numbers and make your request now. About 3 days before check-in call the FW number and make the same request. They'll do their best!

What week will you be in FW? We have gone down with large groups and we have been able to get at least 4 cabins in the same loop at one time. I would call them in advance if everyone wants the same loop. If everyone is checking in and out on the same day maybe they can hold a group of cabins for you.
We are checking in on the 15th for a week. Can't wait!

Thanks for the advice. We will be at FW from 8/4-8/11. My husband and I are splitting our stay and staying at Shades of Green for three days before and three days after those dates. The wedding is Aug.8 at the Wedding Pavilion. My future daughter-in-law is a CM and dances in the Festival of the Lion King. She asked her wedding coordinator to request that we be together, but we were also told to request on our own. It will be a lot more convenient and more fun if we can all be in the same loop. About half of the group are first timers and will be looking for guidance. We are renting two golf carts and hope to make getting around a little easier. The tips on this board have been helpful.
