Requesting CAA Booking Info

First time posting a thread but I have been reading many and got great info from you guys here on dis.Okay here goes I made reservations through disney for jan21-28 MYW plus pack at por riverside paid it in full because the canadian dollar was high. I did not have a discount and was wondering if I buy a CAA membership now. Could I call them with membership # and get a discount. Also if the possible promo comes out for january that I have read will I be credited for it somehow. thanks so much
