You may want to skip some of the places you have 2 sit down meals planned in a day. I for one think it is too time consuming to eat at TS two times a day. Of course that is JMO.
All the places you have planned are wonderful - some of my favorites are on that list!
You also have two Coral reef dinners planned? I would try a different place unless Coral is your favorite restaurant and love going there. There are so many great places in Epcot.

They look good! Bear in mind I'm a newbie, but I've been doing A LOT of research for our upcoming trip. The only think I would think about is the San Angel ressie; I know reviews are always subjective, but this one seems to get a large number of not so flattering ones. If you are planning to be in Epcot that night I would think about Biergarten in the Germany Pavillion: people seem to really enjoy it, and it might be more entertaining that San Angel for your children. Either way I'm sure you'll have a great time!

Thank you for your opinions!:) I was considering changing the San Angel Inn due to the poor reviews unsure what I would replace it with at this time.

I agree, Biergarten has a really fun atmosphere. While I am not a fan of German food, I was able to find enough that I would eat to fill me up, and what I ate was good. (DH LOVES German food, so this is always his choice)

I am personally avoiding San Angel Inn for now due to the inconsistent reviews. I am a huge fan of Mexican food, and I tend to be very critical. I will eventually try San Angel, but it is towards the bottom of my list.

I agree with the PP that unless Coral Reef is your favorite, you might consider choosing something else for one of those nights. There are so many wonderful places to choose from, especially at Epcot. I wouldn't choose one TS restaurant twice on the same trip...

Your choices look good and I've been to most of them, however San Angel Inn is the only restaurant at Disney that is on my "never again" list.

I would switch San Angel Inn to something else. I suggest Chef Mickey's or Mama Melrose just to name a few!

I'd change San Angel to something else, unless you're really into the atmosphere. I wasn't very impressed with the food or the service, though I might just be spoiled by the Mexican food I'm used to closer to home.

I don't think I'd do CRT twice either, especially not OOP. I'd probably cancel CRT dinner, pay OOP for Crystal Palace breakfast, and use that credit for a 1TS dinner at 1900 Park Fare, Grand Floridian Cafe, or Ohana.

Finally, unless Coral Reef is a major favorite, I'd only do that one once and try something a little different instead. There are too many good World Showcase restaurants, IMO, to do the same restaurant twice in one trip!
