Requesting a specific dining room server

Some ask DCL to note it on their reservation. We just do this when we board and go to talk to the dining room managers where the Palo/change requests are held. The dining team can change each week so there is no way that DCL reservations can possible know who will be there for any specific cruise.

Thanks for the info. Our server and asst server both said they would be onboard when we cruise again in November and we would love the chance to see at least one of them again. They were great all week and we miss them already.
