Requesting a Specific Building at the Resort!?!?

Good day everyone!

4 days and I am in DISNEYWORLD... so Exciting.

I wrote up a fax letter and I want to fax it off to Port
Orleans Riverside to request a specific Building. What
was the fax number again? Is it okay if I send it tomorrow
(Wednesday) or is it to early?

Any tips on writing the letter to request the room? To whom
should I address it to?

My arrivals, so far have been on Saturdays and I fax on Wednesdays or Thursdays. And so far I have had great luck.
