Sorry to read this, KAT. It surely would be great if our new DVC leader would get all of the mousekeeping issues sorted out. There are WAY too many reports on these boards of guests finding DVC rooms not ready--and we DISers are only a tiny percentage of total DVCers. If I were going to name the one thing that I most wish could be improved about DVC, it would be a total overhaul of mousekeeping procedures.
