Requesting a location?

Hey so i got accepted into the fall 11 college program for merchandising! Im super stoked but i have a question about my work location. At the time of my phone interview i didn't really have any preferences so i didn't make any. After talking to a friend who is currently working the program i've decided that i'd really like to work at the emporium in the Magic Kingdom, if possible of course. I was curious if there were any current cp's or alumni that could give me an outline of the process of requesting a certain location or could tell me how to do it, thanks in advance for any help/info you guys can offer.

P.S. This is off topic but i've seen on the parents thread that they keep referring to their kids as "DD"'s, what on earth does that stand for?(im just curious)

Add the word Disney or Darling to any accronym.

So Daughter becomes DD for Disney Daughter.
DS - Disney Son
DH - Disney Husband
DW - Disney Wife

etc...

I'm going down the same during the Fall 2011 season as well. I think the best way to request is just to e-mail Disney College Recruiting and let them know that is your preferred location. The Emporium is so large, I'm sure they'd love to have you on their team! See you down there!
