Requesting a guide?

Ken Bradshaw was our guide but I heard that he's left DVC. Can I request a specific guide or do they just assign me a new one?

I'd love a guide who's willing to communicate by email. I'm interested in doing an add-on but I'm not really sure who to contact...

We highly recommend Scot McDonald, our guide. Scot answers phone calls and emails promptly, help you to meet your needs, listens to you and really gets to know you and your family. He is a great guy.
