requesting 2 BCV studios near each other

We rented points and booked 2 studios. They are listed as 2 separate reservations. What are the odds that we will be placed near each other, if not right next to? At what point would we make that request?

We had 3 studios book at AKV in May. We got lucky and we all right next to each other. We called at exactly 11 months to book it. We also made our request at the time of booking.

The odds are about 30%. But you can improve them. Just put in a request to be near each other. You'll probably need both reservation numbers for this.

I agree....I did this this past January when my ILs came with us. We too stayed at BCV and they made sure that our Studios were by each other.

We once had 2 studios across the hall from one another. Last trip we were in a 1 bedroom lock off attached to our friends studio (booked seperately, they arrived a few days before us) so we have had great luck with requests.

Alot depends on the rooms that were checked out that day. If there were not many checkouts, there many not be rooms close to each other. If there are alot, it's more likely.

I've never stayed at BCV, or really even seen the villa area. I think I was as far as the lobby at BC once so I am unfamiliar with how big it even is. My parents and sister will be on a separate studio than DH, my son and I. We don't need to be right next to each other but close enough to be convenience, kwim. In comparison to say Port Orleans riverside how big is the BC villa area?

We booked 5 rooms at Saratoga last year and 2 were side by side and the rest spread out. Good luck!

It's all one building, not nearly as big as POR. When you are going out, just meet in the lobby.
