Request for Sleeve Iron-On Design

Hi:

I am hoping someone might be able help me with a design for an iron-on I would like to add to my DIS WISH racing team shirt. The shirts are safety green with black graphics on the front and back. I am new to distance races and plan on doing my first half marathon in January. I am also (currently) a fairly large guy recovering from hip replacement surgeries. In keeping with the shirts as currently designed, the sleeve add-on graphics and type should be primarily in black.

In general, I was thinking a Buzz Lightyear theme (which would work with the short color). The two phrases I was thinking of are "Big Green Men" (with the B,G and M emphasized (i.e., larger, bolder text for first letters and much smaller thereafter)-as a play on Buzz's buddies the LGMs. I would also like the phrase "To 13.1 Miles ... And Beyond!" in reference to the half marathon distance and my hope to continue and do a marathon in the more distant future. If a flying or other Buzz, LGMs or something similar could be incorporated, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks to everyone who reads this and has any suggestions. You designers all do great work and this would mean a lot to me.

Thank you. It looks great. Can I make a few requests (I hope you don't mind)? Would it be possible to include the word "Miles" after 13.1 and maybe an exlamation point at the end. I realize going on a sleeve, overall size will matter. Would it possibly work as two lines:

To 13.1 Miles ...
And Beyond!

Having never transferred a design before, is the white in the Buzz graphic actually white or is it clear that will be safety green when applied? Also, can I adjust the size for a sleeve? I am not sure how big the above actually is. Once again, thank you very much.

Added: Oh, if you don't mind me being even more of a pain, any chance you have a sci-fi/futuristic type font for the "To 13.1 Miles ... " part.

LOL your not a pain. I didn't even realize i forgot miles im sorry. It should work for two lines no problem. I saved it as a gif with a transparent background so it should print with just the design so you can have the safety green in the back. The size is 5x7 if you print it first on a test page and let me know if thats to big i will resize to a 4x6. Im sure i have some kind of cool sci-fi font. Im glad you liked the concep though
