Can someone recommend something close to Universal/Sea World? We'd like one that sleeps 8, has a private pool and a game room. The amenities aren't as important as a decent price and an owner who can be trusted. Thanks!

Because of zoning laws in Orange County there is nothing close to Universal that has a private pool.
Pool homes are located in Kissimmee, Davenport and Clermont. These are all in different counties.
Pool homes in the area around Windsor Hills are about 20 - 25 min. from Universal via I -4 ( if traffic is moving well).
