Reports using 4th (or 5th) FP+

I'm anxious to hear some reports of how it went with the new FP options. In parks like HS and EPCOT were you able to get a 2nd tier 1 option? I know it will take awhile to see if this will affect overall wait times but I'm excited to have the option of FP for park hopping now

I'm anxious to hear as well. From my understanding, you will be able to select any available ride regardless of tier for Epcot and HS.

I'm an AP holder so I've been following along on MyDisneyExperience to see what FP+s are open and so far it looks like there's plenty of availability (it's also pretty slow today). I'm even able to still get a FP+ for Wishes and Illuminations.

I'm wondering if folks are going to stop booking Wishes, Illuminations, and F! as one of their initial 3 FP and wait to try and get them as their 4th/5th etc. If you were to book any of those for your initial 3, you are out of luck for a 4th or more, period.

I was thinking the same thing. However, we did book the Illuminations FP+ for our arrival day only because we are going to the park for dinner and then EMH, so that day it didn't matter to us. But for the rest of the trip, we moved all of our FP+ selections to the morning in hopes that this would be up and running by the time we got there. So glad our gamble paid off .

And if somebody is feeling very experimental, trying logging into your phone app and checking what's available on FP while you're at the kiosk, and see if you have the same options. I would hope that they are identical, but somehow I feel you'll see differences.

(Maybe it's important to add -- don't hold up the kiosk line for this. Check the app while you're waiting, or right after.)

Yes, what I think PP is saying, just for grins and giggles, check the ap just to see if it is matching the kiosk.

Yes, you can! According to Disney:

Guests will be able to make their additional selection(s) for an experience at which they already redeemed a FastPass+ selection earlier that day.

I'm trying to understand something...on another thread someone said they booked Space as their 4th but it was for 3 1/2 hours later...then once booked, went into MDE and moved it around to get a closer time. Is this a thing? Cause that could be huge.

I think the poster said because it was linked to the magic bands it showed up in the app, and then you can adjust it. So maybe once it's added, you can change the experience, change the time, etc????

extra fast passes have to be done at a kiosk. Once you use the 4th, you can go back and get a 5th.

Looking at the wait time app, FP's are not really needed today...only 15 min wait at soaring at 4 pm....I've never seen that.

I guess this is the week to go.

But interested to see how it will work.
