Can anything be done if someone akes a room saying their trading something when they aren't or something like that? Sorry if this is the wrong place to put this. In other cases it might be considered "Scamming". Just wondering!

Yes, I would report the room and detail exactly what you can in the message. I would call it a kind of scamming. Promising an item you don't have for the soul purposed to make people come to your room.
