Replacing LOST tickets

Some friends went to WDW about a year ago and had a few days left on their passes. They are ready to go back and can not find the tickets!!
They have the information from when they bought them. Can disney track the use from that and replace them???

We had a bit of a scare with our own tickets, so I know this feeling (thankfully we found them). If they have some kind of documentation, hopefully Disney can help...they need to take what they have and visit a Guest Relations desk. The best advice I got (and did follow once I found the tickets) was to copy or take a picture of the BACK of the passes...that is the easiest way to get your tickets replaced. I had bought my passes on line, so I had that confirm which I think they can use...
