With the cheap accommodation glitch, not being able to link adrs and accommodation ressies and now people getting MNSSHP e-tickets with wrong dates, does anyone agree the Disney should replace their Sincair ZX81 with a Commodor 64?
(Opps, shows my age!)

replacing the computers won't do any good.
It's not a hardware problem.

When I worked for an Internet Service Provider, we used to have a poster on the office wall, and it read :

"99% of the time, the problem is located between the keyboard and the chair"

Ha - I had a commodore 64

Disney were updating the system which is what I suspect led to the accomodation glitch. I kept trying all day to make adr's and BBB reservation.

I'd like to claim credit but this is a pretty common IT Support term for when they don't want the user to know it's their fault.

So next time you call support and they say it's a PICNIC error what they mean is you screwed up!
