I am sure this has been asked thousands of times but I am not searching thousands of posts for an answer- sorry.

In early June how do the lines at DL compare to the lines at WDW?

When do schools get out in So Cal?

Most get out anywhere from the 10th or 11th of June all the way to almost the end of June. There's no set date for all schools.

Can't help with line comparison but your trip will be impacted by Arizona, Utah AND California in terms of when school ends - most Arizona schools - if not all, are over in May - it is too hot to go to school in the summer and not economical to keep the A/C going. - It will be busy in June - you might want to read the stickys at the top of the board for some links to possible attendance numbers.

Good luck and enjoy!!

Sorry I can't answer you about June in WDW as I was only there in July. I can tell you that I'd still rather stand in lines and fight oppressive crowds at DL vs. WDW just because of the insane heat and humidity in the summer at WDW. :scared1: I was at DL last June when all theSoCal AP holders were due to be blocked out and it was a mad house. However, in July at WDW it was just as much of a madhouse and hotter than HE double L with daily thunderstorms when it reached 100% humidity. So I'd take DL in the summer, crowds and all, any day. :thumbsup2 hth

Comparable with caveats.

o Early June is still considered off-season and does not have the full entertainment schedule of WDW. See "What You Should Know About Off-Season at DLR" www.disboards.com/showthread.php?p=18462889

o This year a new show is opening around May 1 called World of Color which will bring lots of AP holders into DLR when APs are not blocked out. See "Understanding AP Blockouts and Impact on Crowds" http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2365983

You can find some less crowded days in there at DLR but will have to be careful picking days. :)
