Is there a pattern or trend as to which night is usually the repeat night? Or is it random / unpredictable?

In our experience, it is the same dining room on nights 2 and 3 since one is pirate night. So an example of dining rotation might be AEER or ERRA

I agree with the above poster as on all my previous 4 night cruises those have been my exact rotations. But on my last cruise in September 2019 on the Dream, I called ahead with a dining request and was informed that one of the rotations actually started and ended with the same restaurant (Animators Palate), in addition to the above rotations, and that it was a possibility that I would be assigned that. I have yet to have a rotation like this, but is does exist. Can't say the same for other ships/cruise lengths. This is just my experience from my past 6 cruises, but I am by no means an expert.

Nights 2 and 3 will be in the same room, with one of them being pirate night

The repeat will be the pirate menu--all the MDRs will have that same menu, so you're not missing out on anything being in one MDR over another.

I’ve not been on the Dream but was wondering what food style E & R would be considered? So far over the last 10 years, 2 Magic and 4 Wonder trips(1 was Alaska so that was different also)
I have trouble with onion and garlic and some menus I have ended up with just chicken because all other sauces on the menu have onion and garlic too. I visit Palo instead of Tianas or her prior occupants for those spaces.

Shoreside concierge sent us this chart of the available dining rotations for our upcoming 4-Night Bahamas cruise on the Dream.

It’s basically the same rotations that have been mentioned already but it includes ports and Pirate Night and Dress Up Night.

You should consider contacting DCL Special Services before your next cruise to discuss your special dietary needs and see how they can help: https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/guest-services/special-dietary-requests/

Or at the very least, talk with your serving team.

There are things that can be done to accommodate food sensitivities [and allergies] which won't leave you with such a restrictive menu. It may mean some sauces have to be left off, but other times they can modify them.

I have anaphylaxis allergies to milk, tree nuts, peanuts, and seafood, plus avoid a number of other foods. DCL has been quite accommodating. Many of the sauces contain one or more of my allergens, and I have found it is about a 50/50 chance whether I get a sauce or not; not a big deal if I don't. Also, the "lighter fare" part of the menu is always available for dinners, which gives plain options of chicken, steak and at least one other. I order what I want from the menu [within reason - lasagna will never be safe for me ;-) but french onion soup and butternut squash soup can be made safe !] the night before and the chefs modify as required to make it safe. It makes meals more planned, but opens up so many more options.

I don't know how to describe the Enchanted Garden or Royal Palace menus, but here are PDFs of both from our December 2019 cruise.
