Repairing a showcase ornament

My ariel broke awhile back when my housebwas robbed. I'd like to repaie it but no idea how to when I dont hace the missing part
I dont mind if it looks a little diffrent e.g only having one fin I just have no idea how to fix her and shes a lil sad atm
