I am in the process of buying points in Saratoga Springs. If I don't come over every year from England then it seems I can rent out my points.
Before finally sending the cheque, I was hoping for a few views on renting out my points to others. Is it good, does it work, problems encountered, does it cover the annual dues etc.
I am quite nervous about signing up for 50 Years of dues when I will have retired and that dues will be $16 a point at 3% annual growth.
Please, any views?
Also, whats all the termionology on the site, AP discounts, Bumping etc.
