I banked my april 2015 points, to combine them with april 2016 points and borrowed april 2017 points. Now, due to unforeseen circumstances, we'll likely need to cancel our holiday. I'd booked a stay in August 2016. Can I still cancel this holiday and rent out the banked and borrowed points? Do I understand correctly that these points (banked april 2015 and borrowed april 2017) can be used for holidays until april 2017?
I could then bank the april 2016 points into use year 2017?

Yes you can rent.
Yes the banked Apr 2015 and borrowed Apr 2017 points need to be used before April 2017 (actually last night they can be used is Mar 31, 2017)
Yes, you can bank your April 2016 points as long as you cancel your Aug vacation at least 31 days prior to check in. If you cancelled less than that then all the points would go into holding and need to be used by Mar 31, 2017.
