Renting Question - Hate to ask now...

I just read the post about getting rid of the rent/trade board. I hardly ever post but I love to read these boards and plan our next trip. Unfortunately, we can't go this year. We're thinking about renting our points and I'd be grateful for the advice of anyone who's rented their points before.

What kind of agreement do you use? Where did you get it? Is it hard to find a renter for a larger block of points? We've never tried this before but hope it might work for us this year.

I did a transfer to another member and it was great. They over-nighted the money order and I put the points right into their account. Too be honest, it was painless.

I never did the other route, however, I think someone posted a contract link.
