Hi,
I have a few questions about renting points. I should be a new DVC member in about 2 or 3 weeks (all the papers are signed and it is paid in full...) and I will have to rent some of my points.
When we rent points :
Are we responsible for eventual dammages caused to the room by the people we rent to ?
When should we ask to be paid for the rented points ?
What if they want to cancel ?
What would be the things to realy take care of (dates, etc) ?
To help you provide me some examples, I'll give you the detail of the points I'll have for rent. My use year is june and this is a 150 pts contract. I'll have 85 banked points that will expire at the end of may 2003 and I also plan to rent part, if not all of my june 2002 points.
Should I bank the 2002 points before to rent them? Does it depend on the date of the reservation ? And what if I want to rent some of my june 2003 points ?
