Renting points - Vero Beach Resort

hi all,

I wanted to add a couple of days to our Disney vacation this year and I was looking at the Vero Beach Resort. Can I just call and make a reservation or do I need to rent points? I am looking at June 2007.

Hi!

If you are a DVC Owner (a Member), then yes, if there is still availability at VB, you could call and just add the ressie, up to 11 months in advance if you own a VB contract, or up to 7 months in advance if you own any of the remaining six DVC resorts.

The fact that you asked this question, makes me think (right or wrong) that you are NOT a DVC member, in that case you have 2 main options.

1) Find an Owner to rent from on the rent/trade sub-board, or

2) Call Disney CRO (Central Reservations) and see if your rooms are available for a cash purchase.

I'm not a DVC owner that's why I was wondering how it works to book a room.
