renting points to upgrade at BCV?

I have a studio for BCV in August that I have payed for. Can I rent points from someone and upgrade to a 1 bdrm and if so how do I do that and how many points would I need?
Also can you use the pool at SAB at this time? I am paying extra to also have benefits of EE at the parks. I am NOT trying to start a pool debate. Just a yes or no is fine with me. Any other helpful hints would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, there is no provision in the DVC to upgrade using cash and points together. My suggestion would be to just cancel the studio and rent points for the one bedroom. Just be sure that the one bedroom villas are available befor you cancel your studio.

Ditto. To add to this a bit and answer your 2nd question about SAB though, as a guest of BCV's you are entitled to use SAB. SAB is available to guests of Yacht club, Beach club and the Beach club villa's so enjoy!
