We are thinking of renting DVC points for a June trip. Since we have to buy our tickets seperately, can we make fast passes 30 days or 60 days out?

60 days out, just like any other Disney guest. As long as you have your reservation AND your tickets linked in MDE.

Once the room reservation is linked to your MDE account, you are also eligible for other Disney Resort guest benefits:
