renting points- do you get magical express?

If I am renting points from a DVC member, do I get to use magical express? Is this offered to regular DVC members?

Yes...when you rent points you still qualify for all the on-site perks like Magical Express, Extra Magic Hours, etc.

Absolutely! You get all the same perks that any other on-site guest gets. The only difference is that the owner you rent from will have to set it up for you.

There are a couple perks only available to an owner, not the renter, so far as I know:

1. You shouldn't get the 10% discounts at some restaurants and stores, since you don't have the member's card. I guess you might show your room card and succeed, but I wouldn't bet on it.

2. You can't buy an annual pass with the member's discount of $100/125.

Right, but I said they get all the "on site perks" not member perks.

No worries- on site perks are enough for me! I don't think we'll ever be able to get an annual pass...it is just enough for us to get over there every few years! I am quite jealous of all you DVC owners, and I wish I lived a little closer.
