Going to Disney in May and want to rent points. We have our heart set on BWV in either 2 studios or splitting a 2br with my mom and brother. My question is, has anyone had any luck reserving these room types at 7 months or should I just book at 11 months?

That said, the link was prepared in 2015, and availability has gotten harder. Any availability shown is based on RAT, which doesn't show how many units are available - so any time period with "availability" at 7 months could be 1 unit, not 2.

If your heart is set on it, I'd book in home resort.

If your heart is set on BWV, book at 11 months. With Toy Story Land opening soon (and Star Wars opening in 2019), I expect the Epcot DVCs to be in even higher demand than they currently are.

I take it you mean May 2019, not May 2018. Just know that a two bedroom villa at BWV will be a lockoff (combination of studio and one bedroom). All two bedroom villas at BWV are lockoffs. So if your brother is sharing the studio portion with your mother, he'll be on a double sleeper sofa and she'll be on a queen bed (unless he is still a kid who might share the bed with your mom). The one bedroom portion will have a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa (no murphy bed in the one bedroom portion, but there will be one in the studio portion).
