Renting points and magic bands?

Hi All, does anyone know how you get your magic bands if you were to rent points from a dvc owner? thanks so much!

They arrive in the mail just like if you had booked direct from disney.

You need to link your DVC reservation to your MDE profile. You will then be able to see the magic bands and can customize and confirm your address to have them mailed out to you.

So can you have everything on the Disney's MDE site like fastpasses, dining reservations ect.. after you link it ?
