Has anyone ever rented it points by listing them on multiple rental sites at one time? We are new to this and I am not sure if this is frowned upon or even allowed, as I couldn't find anything stating otherwise. Just want to do whatever we can to get them rented and used this year. Thanks!

Many who use the rental sites to rent their points use more than one. Unless the rental agency makes you sign a contract giving it the exclusive right to set up the rental -- which, as far as I know, none have done -- you can attempt to rent through more than one rental agency.

Renting is not as easy as you think ( unless you own BCV) Put it on at least 3 places if you own SSR or RIV

David’s contract specifically states you can’t cross list your points. However they will let you list a spec reservation AND points and see which one goes first. So far for me it’s always been the spec reservation.

We've rented out points 3x this year (OKW and SSR). We've not had an issue. Our points were scooped up within 3 days each time. YMMV.

Had not used David's and thus I did not know it had a clause in its contract prohibiting the renter from listing points with another. Others such as dvcrentalstore.com and dvc-rental.com do not have such clauses in their contracts. Personally, I would never use a service that required that I not list elsewhere (unless it would guarantee a rental, e.g., it would pay for the points if it cannot find someone for the rental)

David can pound sand because it is not like they will be able to prove that you cross listed.

My RR points have been sitting for 3 months no activity

You may want to try another rental site or doing it on your own. According to the rent/transfer forum, there is interest...but then there's "availability" to consider. 3 months is fairly long to not have any bites.
