Renting from Miami????

HI I am renting from MIami for the first time ever. I currently have a car reserved with Thrifty and Alamo. Does anyone have any discount codes for Alamo or THrifty? Do we also get to pick our vehicle like we do in Orlando? Never been to Miami so not sure how their rentals work.

If you are flying into MIA, most rental cars (including Thrifty and Alamo) are in the Intermodal Center adjacent to the airport. There is a free PeopleMover train from the upper level of the terminal to the Rental Car Center. If you just have carryon, that will be easy.

If you have checked luggage, Baggage claim in on the lower level.

You should be able to pick your car. That feature is not limited to the Orlando airport.

They’re not one of the major companies (Hertz, Budget, Avis, Alamo, Enterprise, etc) so I personally don’t rent with them. I’m sure others have different opinions.
