Renting from Disney

Can someone point me to the site that describes how to rent points from Disney? I believe you can rent / buy points for a one time use but are limited on the number. I would like to see what the details are as we may need a few more date removed.

It's up to 24 points for $15 per point. They can only be used within your 7 month booking period, so you can't use them if you were going to be booking at 11 months.

I rented 5 points last week for a suprise weekend trip. They handle it as you book through member services. Very easy and convienent.
