Renting from CCC, hours problem

We always take ME to the resort and then rent our car from the CCC, saves some money because we can rent a smaller car, no tolls, etc. Just works out better for us. The problem this time, is that our flight doesn't arrive into Orlando until 4:47. I think the CCC closes at 6. Same problem on the flip side. Our flight leaves at 10:59, which means ME will pick us up at 8. Not enough time to get the car back. Anyone encounter this? Any suggestions?

Rent the car from MCO. Let the driver get the car while the rest of your family, and your luggage, takes DME. Going back use RAC to check your luggage and drive back to MCO.

Pick it up first thing the next morning and return it late the night before you leave.
