renting DVC points

Was wondering if anyone had rented DVC points and knew anyone who was trust worthy as I was looking at this for an option when I go out to do some site visits in November?

Funnily enough, I have just decided to rent out our 260 points for 2012. Unfortunately, I don't think we will be able to get out to Florida next year as we are planning a big 'bash' (NY, WDW and cruise) the following year for a big birthday I am having !!!
We have entrusted our points to Dave at 'David's Vacation Club Rentals'

We felt it was safer to have somebody who knows what they are doing handle the paperwork and legal side of things for us. Dave gets very good reviews and has an excellent reputation here on the boards.
Dave also has very good reviews from people who rent their points from him, and I know that again, people on the boards speak very highly of his service when they go through him to rent DVC points.
