Renting DVC points

I have never rented DVC points and I want to make sure my understanding of it is right.

According to the points calculator, it is 116 points to rent at WL for the week I want to go. So if I rent points at $10.00 per point, that's a total of $1160; right? Also, does that amount include taxes, etc. or is that an additional amount?

Also, what is the normal payment plan. Is 25% up front and 75% 60 days before check-in the normal?

Taxes are included. Payment plan is between the parties. I would require 50% deposit but some might go for 25%.
