Renting DVC points and DDP?

If I rent points for a DVC reservation can DDP be added onto the reservation?

Yes renters and exchangers can get the DDP subjecgt to the rules including all in the party and length of stay.

It must be added to the reservation by the owner at least 48 hours prior to your check-in date. You pay for the DDP when you check-in.

Any idea as to what happens when/if they offer free dinning again? Do DVCers/renters get this as well?

Neither DVC members or renters get free dining.
